BCI is governed by a democratically elected Executive Committee comprising members who volunteer their time and expertise to serve the club and its membership.
Bangalore City Institute is governed by its bylaws and managed by the Executive Committee elected annually by the membership. The committee comprises the President, Vice President, Honorary Secretary, Honorary Treasurer, and elected committee members.
Sub-committees covering Sports, Cultural Activities, House, Membership, Finance, and Events assist the Executive Committee in the day-to-day management of the club's affairs. All major decisions are presented at General Body Meetings where members exercise their voting rights.
The club operates under the principles of transparency, member welfare, and the long-term preservation of BCI's 122-year legacy. Elections are held annually, ensuring democratic representation of the membership.
